Upbe is a B2B SaaS that leverages AI to generate insights from support calls with your clients, helping you to make better decisions by understanding the context of the call.
Challenge
We were contacted by Predictiva (the team behind Upbe) to help them achieve key milestones by providing our team augmentation services.
Solution
We built multiple fully responsive web components in isolation, adjusting to their project architecture by following the specifications and designs provided by their team. Once the components were completed, the Predictiva team could just integrate them into the core project in a seamless way. During the development, we had several challenging requirements such as audio playback, waveform representation, text highlighting, and annotation, etc. On top of that, we had the requirement of using Angular Material but heavily customizing and overriding the Google Material look and feel, and make every component fully responsive without the use of any media queries.
