Kicking Off the Collaboration
Our first developer teamed up with the CTO to get things rolling. Both the front-end and back-end were initialized and worked on by one person.
We transformed BizzyCar's initial prototype into a robust web application, allowing automotive dealerships to effortlessly manage vehicle recalls. Our approach covered end-to-end development, driving BizzyCar's growth in a competitive market.
BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company delivering AI-driven software solutions to automotive dealers, OEMs, and consumers across the U.S.
Their platform streamlines recall management on used inventory by identifying and prioritizing vehicles due for recall repairs. Then, it proactively schedules service appointments, fully integrating with the dealership's systems to maintain service capacity and parts availability.
Founded in 2019, the company is headquartered in St Peters, Missouri, US, with operations extending to partnerships with leading automotive brands.
“We’ve built a relationship with them where we’re able to trust that they’ll make the best possible decisions. They’ve hit all our deadlines, so they’ve proved to be exceptionally reliable.”
Loren Stewart, CTOBizzyCar had an early prototype developed specifically for dealerships in the St. Louis area. As BizzyCar's market presence grew, they realized they needed to scale up quickly and reached out to us to help tackle the challenges ahead.
Building a broad-scale web application: They needed a versatile, user-friendly platform that could handle a variety of complex functionalities. Our work began in January 2019 as an ongoing collaboration.
Expanding to a new market: After establishing their platform, BizzyCar appointed us to build new customer-facing products from scratch. The challenge was to create a flexible, scalable solution that could adapt to the evolving needs of the market and provide significant value to dealerships dealing with high-value recalls and warranty work.
To build the foundation, we provided a complete development solution for BizzyCar.
Based on Angular 7, our team seamlessly worked with BizzyCar's teams in Canada and the U.S. to build the web application and API layer using Ruby on Rails . We focused on a methodical, user-centric approach.
In just three months, we delivered the first live version that considered all their requirements.
The main tasks to achieve this solution included:
To support their expansion into new markets, we developed two new customer-facing products. This phase required multiple third-party integrations and the management of massive amounts of real-time data. On this path, we focused on creating a flexible, scalable solution to meet their evolving needs, including the API and mobile app.
“As part of our solution, we established a partnership for continuous support to continuously provide timely updates and improvements, helping BizzyCar stay ahead in a dynamic market.”
Loren Stewart, CTOOur partnership with BizzyCar has been instrumental in propelling their market presence and operational capabilities. Here are some of the key outcomes:
Achieved Rapid Product Evolution: Transitioned the prototype into a fully functional product within months, allowing BizzyCar to swiftly enter the market.
Boosted Key Partnerships: Our work facilitated strategic partnerships with major players like Nissan, boosting BizzyCar’s market presence and revenue.
Enabled Scalable Growth Foundation: Provided a solid technical foundation, supporting BizzyCar’s expansion from a 3-person startup to a 20-member distributed team.
Expanded Role and Services: We extended our involvement beyond coding to include UX/UI consulting and project management, supporting BizzyCar's evolving needs.
Through our dedicated efforts, we have enabled BizzyCar to achieve remarkable milestones, established an ongoing alliance, and set the stage for sustained growth.
Our first developer teamed up with the CTO to get things rolling. Both the front-end and back-end were initialized and worked on by one person.
The project went live, and welcomed its very first user on the same day. A major milestone for BizzyCar!
A second team member from Seta joined to accelerate front-end development and boost progress.
BizzyCar identified a key pain point for dealerships—managing vehicle recalls. The app expanded to a B2B platform, centralizing recall searches for dealerships nationwide.
A third team member from Seta came on board to strengthen front-end development.
BizzyCar expanded its presence to all +64,000 dealerships across the country, collecting recall data for every brand, and ensuring coverage for the entire automotive industry.
We welcomed a fourth team member from Seta, this time focusing on bolstering back-end support.
The entire team came together in Las Vegas for the annual NADA Show – four days packed with fun, great food, and exciting events.
A fifth member from Seta was added to the team, bringing more front-end expertise.
BizzyCar launched a new project: a call center app designed to enhance customer support and drive sales growth. Seta took the lead in developing this exciting new initiative.
A sixth Seta team member joined, supporting both the back-end and the new portal project.
After 4 years of collaboration, the first stage of our journey with BizzyCar came to an end. We helped build a platform with over 10 million recalls in the system, along with an admin, user, and call-center portal.
We re-joined BizzyCar to support their development team, with a fresh focus on integrating AI features into the call center portal.
New team members from Seta joined to help enhance BizzyCar’s mobile app, adding exciting new features for their growing user base.
“Their knowledge goes way beyond simply developing. They have a wide range of skills in both project management and UX/UI, so I’d encourage clients to utilize the full scope of what they can offer.”
Loren Stewart, CTOWe boosted Vexels' design capabilities by developing advanced tools, improving the overall design experience and user engagement.
