BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company that develops software for automotive dealers in the US. It provides an easy and unique solution for dealers to manage recalls on their used inventory, allowing them to bring in additional revenue from sourcing open warranty recalls from used inventory at other dealerships.
BizzyCar had a prototype solution used by various car dealerships, once they realized their business was gaining traction we were brought in to build a broader-scale web application for them.
We provided a one-stop service for all the development needs for BizzyCar, building the web application and API layer while working in complete sync with the team based in Canada and the US. Thanks to our methodical and UX-centered approach, we were able to deliver the first live version to the market within three months including key features such as: user memberships, valet driver scheduling, credit card payments, email notifications, CMS, geolocation, etc.
Adapting to change
BizzyCar discovered an untapped market in assisting car dealerships to find high-value recalls and warranty work in their surrounding area. We were appointed to work on the next big set of features, two new customer-facing products that, in addition to all the new code built from scratch, required multiple third-party integrations and handling massive amounts of real-time data. Once again, our work helped BizzyCar to achieve major milestones, securing them partnerships with key actors such as Nissan, and greatly increasing their revenue.
